Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support day-to-day business operations by assisting customers, processing routine transactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will play an important part in maintaining service quality and meeting departmental performance goals.


What You'll Do

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Handle, resolve, and document routine customer inquiries and transactions from start to finish.
  • Research and analyze information to provide complete and accurate solutions to customers.
  • Track progress of assigned tasks and follow up as needed.
  • Adhere to established operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets, including call metrics and productivity expectations.
  • Build and maintain a solid understanding of internal systems, processes, and tools.

What You Bring

  • 1-2 years of customer service or related experience.
  • Experience in a high-volume or inbound call environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with service-focused or operational industries is a plus.
  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively.
  • Analytical skills to assess straightforward to moderately complex situations.
  • Effective time-management and organizational abilities to meet KPI expectations.
  • Proficiency with computer navigation and common business software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
